Mehmet & Kazım, one of the artists from PİLEVNELİ, are designing the stage for Emre Akal's play named Göttersimulation, which was on show at Munich Kammerspiele. The play, which premiered on November 5, 2022, explores the relationships between the analog and digital age, seeks new and old experts from both worlds, and questions the failures between these worlds. The team, consisting of stage and costume designers Paula Wellmann, Mehmet&Kazim and Annika Lu Hermann, collaborate to create a visual language between analog and virtual reality, inspired by the visual worlds of the artist duo Mehmet&Kazim. In the play, eight young actors meet Erkin Akal and Walter Hess and show the last two people left in the analog world the endless promises of the digital world. Göttersimulation can be seen until December 23, 2022 and the next season.
