NEW E-3008 X PİLEVNELİ
GAYE SU AKYOL, LAL BATMAN, BUSE BELLE CESUR, ALİ ELMACI
PEUGEOT has teamed up with PİLEVNELİ to best express the modern stance of the NEW E-3008, launched with the slogan "The all-new electric fastback SUV: the "Next-Level" E-3008” Under the consultancy of Murat Pilevneli, artists such as Ali Elmacı, Gaye Su Akyol, Lal Batman, and Buse Belle Cesur have created works inspired by the innovative spirit of the NEW E-3008. The exhibition will be on view from November 19 to 23, with an opening reception on November 19 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at PİLEVNELİ Dolapdere.
Ali Elmacı’s artwork draws inspiration from the “RIGHT PLACE, RIGHT PLEASURE!” slogan, which was the starting point for the NEW E-3008 ad campaign. For Elmacı, every place has its own unique taste and the joy of an experience is enhanced when you're in the right environment. Gaye Su Akyol’s work combines the past and the future, tradition and technology, imagination and reality. Ancient symbols of Anatolia meet the retro-futuristic language of the space age, telling the story of humanity’s desire to invent, explore, and change from the Ice Age to the present day. Lal Batman’s piece Romantize Separate Ways explores the individual's inner journey and the limits of free will. Focusing on how a single path can open up thousands of possibilities, the artwork symbolizes the choices, obstacles, and connections we encounter in life. Buse Belle Cesur’s In Between the Lines (An Interactive Piece) begins with wheels designed in their universally recognizable simplest form. The size and spacing of the wheels match the configuration of the NEW E-3008’s wheels.
The NEW E-3008 X PİLEVNELİ exhibition will showcase four works by four artists: Ali Elmacı, Gaye Su Akyol, Lal Batman, and Buse Belle Cesur; under the consultancy of Murat Pilevneli. The exhibition will be open for viewing from November 19-23 at PİLEVNELİ Dolapdere.
