BORA AKINCITÜRK

Bora Akıncıtürk was born on March 18, 1982 in Ankara. He earned his BA in Graphic Design at Yeditepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts in 2007 and completed his MFA at Middlesex University in London in 2008.

 

Known for his works ranging from paintings, drawings and sculptures to installations and videos, Akıncıtürk elaborates on issues such as the Internet culture and aesthetics, social structures, and feelings and expressions in the digital age.

 

Akıncıtürk lives and works in London and Istanbul.
